Quote

The average space colony, no matter which universe it may reside in, has a set of dimension that are measured in miles or kilometers, which easily makes the space colonies the largest (improvised) ballistic weapons ever built, and it is not uncommon to see space-borne armies (like the Principality of Zeon) capturing or commandeering the colonies to drop them on the Earth. Due to their immense size, no fleet or mobile suit weapons are able to stop them. Only giant space weapons--such as the Solar System superweapon in 0083, or specialized mobile suit weapons such as the Zero Buster Rifle in Gundam Wing--could ever hope to damage a falling colony significantly enough to prevent large scale terrestrial damage.

A colony drop of any sort has massive consequences for the Earth, usually drastic changes in climate and weather such as nuclear winter, and the loss of land due to the impact. Because of the tremendous damage caused by colony drops, any type of drop operation is usually viewed as the use of a weapon of mass destruction.

A favourite of the bad guys in Gundam, the last screenshot looks like a colony.

In BC-ality, it's a planet killer.

Here's the cover of my latest story.  I played around with the colors of the Gen Refit Bridge in order to make it look different than the Enterprise and to give it a sort of Nemesis-style blue LCARS.

Writer, Star Trek: Yorktown - A saga of the 23rd Century

Coming soon, I hope

I see you still havn't figured out how to turn on Antialising features yet, even though you've downloaded the Catalyst Control Center.

 :P

Hit me up on MSN sometime so that I can tell you how.
Can't wait for 2014 to start.

My mistake. I didn't look at the pics for very long. Just took a quick glance. I see you've also worked out how to turn on Antistroptic Filtering aswell.

Isn't Catalyst Control Center a grand thing, lol.

You're welcome by the way.
