If it's nvidia, just go to nvidia options (windows taskbar probably) and turn up the AA and AF settings to 4x or 8x.

For a radeon (ati card), its actually the same. Just search for ati catalyst.

just be careful. this is an ATI in this lappy. however, it's a builtin, which means any updates have been archived. we tried to update the driver, and it disbled a LOT of things (and restricted a LAPTOP to CRT resolutions!) I couldn't even get catalyst to kick in. my old one had a builtin with one of these tweaker programs as well...but it didn't HAVE antialiasing!

Hobbs is right, though. some of us have off the shelf comps that don't have that sort of thing, or it's buried somewhere.
