convert .nif textures to .tga?

Hello,
Does anyone know how to convert .nif textures to .tga files? The ship is Redragon's Vor'cha:

Redragon's policy is no permission required once credits is given. So I think it's fine to convert the textures without changing them. I'm making a mod and want to make High/Medium/Low textures for every ship.

I can convert the original texture files to tga format, but the model(vorcha.nif) won't use them in the game. The origianl mesh is:

If you have Adobe Photoshop, I think RedDragon's original model in 3ds included PSD's, you MIGHT have to do slight work to get the glows in (through the alpha channels, there is a tutorial somewhere about this), I don't have that model *blush* but once you do that you can then save them in .tga format.

Hi, thank you. :)

I have .tga textures with alpha layers. But the mesh won't use them in the game and I don't have 3ds max to convert the model myself. I tried opening the model in Milkshape3d but the mesh is broken into parts and twisted.

Could someone please convert the model using .tga textures for me?

try deleting the nifs, it might want to use the tgas after that.

If not you will have to import and export the model again

That's what I've tried, and the model didn't use the tga files so I got a white Vor'cha in the game. And I don't have 3ds max, so I cannot do the import and export job myself.  :(

if its just a ship you should be able to import with milkshape

Uh... I can "import" it. But how do I export anything like this? (please see the attachment)  :?

In case you want to ask, it has 39 groups, twisted towards diffrent directions... just like something you will see if you import a bridge.
