I've never been a fan of TOS, but since Phaser started this, I wanted to get it once it was finished.
it will be fun to recreate The Doomsday Machine with this mod.

Uhm....no? My ships are based off of the original images found in the Star Trek: Star Fleet Tech Manual by Franz Joseph. Plus some changes to make the ships fit better in continuity of the different Trek eras. Check out my thread for pics.

Anyway, I'm not going to get into a pissing constest with him. Anyone who's been following this thread knows who accurate it is. As for the mod, it's been in beta testing for the last month. I know I said a long time ago that it was ready for beta testing, but I found a few more things that needed to be tweaked. I apologize for not updating you guys for so long. Rest assured, it is in beta testing now. And yes, I am still looking for testers! Contact me on MSN or e-mail me if you're interested! Experienced testers only, please.

I thought you had abandonded this project. I have some expreience in beta testing (SG Ship v3 pack, Intrepid v3 Bridge, DS9FX, BPCore Gold, JB06 Voyager Crew And Uniforms).

I can't tell you how much I am looking forward to this mod...I have been following BC for years now and I always wanted a definitive set of TOS ships that capture the right look...I can't give phaser enough credit for these amazing ships.

It is a shame they did not have guys like the modders here when they made the game...we would have had the most complete Star Trek experience imaginable.

Lol that might be why then. ok im up for testing this mod aswell.

I've tested the same as billz and afew more, galaxy charts, slipstream drive, so yeah this mod should be fun.

No problem, StarTrekMike. At the moment, I'm almost out of things to do with the mod (I'm putting off doing something that's a minor--though very noticable--tweak because it's rather work-intensive. We'll see if laziness gets the better of me or not). I'm also waiting for feedback from the beta testers, as well as getting more beta testers on board and set up.

DJ Curtis, I'd be more than happy to have you test TCMP. Billz (a.k.a., SuperSmeg--way to confuse me with the name change while I was away!) and Jb06 are now also on board.

Guys, your kind words and praise mean a lot to me. It really makes it all worth while. Thank you all very much. I promise this mod will be completed (*hopefully* soon).
