I've been following this project for ages and would just like to say how amazing I think all the work that has gone in to this mod is.

You guys really work hard to produce game addons that really do rival the professionals in the business!

I think if Cryptic were to recruit you guys (along with 3rd Era and BCS;TNG team) they would have created one of the best games ever!

I wait for this pack in anticipation and can't wait for everyone to show their appreciation for all your hard work!

Right then, i was taking another look at the endgame screencaps + the comments on the potd... and ive redone the background colour, added the correct colour ambience and completely remade the Sun textures from scratch not using bits of screencaps to make it up like the previous version. Think i'm pretty happy with it now. I did try adding a nebula at about 5000km away from the hub, but it really doesn't work.... If you're in the nebula and exit it near the hub.... the hub and sun suddenly pop out of no were, so im keeping it like that.

Enjoy

Alright time for another system update... Its called Veloce from the episode Blink of an Eye, it's when Voyager gets stuck in orbit due to the planet rotating 58 times per minute which means its not in the same space time.... Well something like that.. Im sure Darkthunder will correct me on the canon facts :P

Anyway if I've actually clocked it correctly.... Ive also got the planet rotating 58 times per minute which looks pretty awesome... The pics don't do it justice.

Enjoy

You are absolutely correct, that it was rotating 58 times per minute. :P

Only nitpick, is that the planet actually didn't have a name. The only mentioned name in the episode was by Naomi Wildman as, "The Weird Planet Displaced in Time". Would love to see a video of this planet in motion. Thou, it may need some texture corrections:

...as well as lightening it and changing the hue slightly. :P

Lol one at a time lol... just like with any system, i get the basic stuff in then begin to alter so it's like the show :P just look at the Transwarp system for example :P Also wanted to just see if i could replicate the look of the planet, not necessarily the colour just as yet, but will be getting to it ;)

As for the name i know it didnt have one so i talked to limey he said call it the "fast spinning planet" so i changed that into Veloce which means fast in Italian :P Thought it sounded quite an appropriate name for it :P

Thanks for the feedback guys

Another alternative, is "Kelemane's Planet". No proof of if that was the planet name, but it was mentioned in the episode. "I, son of Kelemane." Ofcourse, it could just be the name of the guys father, but still.

Besides which, there's a "Sherman's Planet" in Star Trek, so it's not unheard of to include the word Planet in the name of said planet :P

naming newly discovered land/planet after the one who discovered it is quite popular (America = Amerigo Vespuci)

Hmm.. Would that make the planet "Voyeuria", honoring the name of the ship that found it?   :funny

There might be a full blown riot if that video isn't made  :smack:

I was wondering how that planet would come to fruition, glad to see it, looks sweet.
