It looks very Early Romlan, what do you need hardpointed, there are several good one here, by no means am I the best, but I will offer my service. :assimilate

okay, uploading the RAR file right now. It contains two meshes, one for BC use and one for Legacy use (with normal maps). prospective hardpointers can contact me via PM to sort things out ;) But, no resizing of the maps and no editing them (conversion to other filetypes is, of course, permitted) ;)

Finally, a decent Romulan BoP. Okay, so the textures arn't based on the TOS BoP, but in my opinion, its the models that count. And this one looks pretty awesome.
