The Galaxy Class mesh is completed with 18.8k polys. It also separates! The separation plan is near-invisible when the ship is connected.

**Please note, this is a new rebuild, and a completely different mesh from my earlier attempt.

Thanks guys. I plan on texturing this in the Generations hull scheme using the Christies Auction pictures as reference. That's going to be fun.

It's actually much harder than it looks. (no- that not what she said)

There's actually three to five colors of blue used in the plating, but you mainly see 3 (base color, aztec, and light blue flecks). And you have to make your best guess with the coloring since the pictures taken have different lighting. Hopefully, the end result will be worth it.
