There are no words in either mylanguage or any language I know to describe this... Wiley, you have achieved what ST TMP cgi crew didn't when building cgi Enterprise, you've captured colors and speculars soo perfectly, I could say these are photos of studio model. It doesn't glow all the time in TMP, check the movie. Plus, the impulse dome and engine are on the ID map. I can change it whenever I want.

Well, the impulse engine glows at impulse speeds, she was using thrusters to pull out of the drydock.  The impulse drive shut down when the ship hit warp speed.  So best thing to do there is to have the impulse engine on at impulse and the warp engines on at warp. :idk: I guess? :P

So Wiley, what do you plan on making next?

I know you have already made the Sona Battleship (which I use and is great by the way), but have you ever considered making the Sona Command Ship. Its the smaller one that Ruafo uses. Nobody has ever made it before and I think you could do a great job of it.  :)

I don't think that the scripts work that way.  If they did, that'd be cool, but I think it only works for warp speed.

About that dome crystal, I think that it behaves much like the deflector array in that it glows reddish-gold when at low power and blue at high power. That said, it looks beautiful. Easly one of the best connies out there, and that's including the ones built for CG work. Have a cookie.

Wiley was referring to the movie.  Likely, and Wiley can correct me if I'm wrong, he hasn't gotten the scripting set up yet and had just put her in-game to test if she damaged well or not and to take some pretty, pretty screenshots for us.

In TMP, the impulse engines and the warp engines glow at irregular times. The impulse engine (and dome) were together on ONCE after it left from drydock, and was OFF for the ENTIRE MOVIE. From TWOK onward, they were always on (dome changed to blue/white and engine vents had a slight color change).

The warp engines on the other hand, have a habit of being on when not at warp (when the Enterprise arrives at the V'ger cloud, and when Enterprise got attacked). They also clicked on at the final warp jump.

For the BC version, the impulse engines and the impulse dome are on the same ID map (as the registries), and can't be on and off. I'll either keep them turned off or leave them on for another Constitution. I want to be as faithful to TMP as possible.
