The bussard still don't look good but the rest of the ship, god damn its beautiful.

When it comes to the registery, I know you probably want it to look as cannon as possible, but do you think you could not add the registery to the part of the secondary hull under the deflector? The example in the high res picture that Paramount released looks distinctly out of place and would be alot better without it.

Just a thought.
Can't wait for 2014 to start.

Eeeeeeeh! Yowchies, thats good! And if you want my advice on what the name and reg look like, its sort of a streamlined version of the original TOS font (e.g. add nice curves to it and make it thinner). Just my two Cents. :D

it is looking great...can't wait to see this and the Kelvin on BC.

does the model damage okay?...I know that sometimes parts tend to vanish with damage and I hope it is not the case with this great looking ship.

A valid worry Mike, but probably not one that can be addressed until the Enterprise is BC ready.

Usually when a parts of a ships model disappear, its because of the _vox.nif file. just go into data/models/ships/"name of ship"/ and delete the vox.nif.

I canna wait Wiley!

Slight update- I've reshaped one nacelle for the attached picture.  To me, it looks much more like the released picture from the movie, similar to a jet engine with a large intake.  I've added new textures for around the deflector, and the pylons.  It looks like the ship uses both blues and greens.

EDIT: Images removed because the ship has been released and to save up on space.

Like I said in that PM Wiley, the only thing I see that needs any change now is the neck.  It's just one of those things that I didn't notice until the ship was in the exact angle as the picture. :P

Is that the final version of the nacelles?

Didn't the reference pic have alot more detail on the nacelles.

In any case though, I'm lovin it.

Hope you consider me as one of your beta testers.

EDIT: No RCS thrusters Wiley?

What is that strange glow behind the deflector, below the torpedo tubes?

Looks like some light is catching the front end of the saucer section and making it glow back a little. Either that or a small lighting error
