Try a mod called NanoFXv2Beta. ;)

Besides, you could just have said "I want to make the WarpFX more Star Trek".
I still can't read peoples minds, nor can I read peoples computers, even worse, I can't combine the two to read what is going wrong with your BC install...

I'm afraid I can only blink at this.
Isn't it not a _mod_ you want?

He doesn't want the NFX2 warp sequence. He wants to modify the warp sequence to be more like ST in BC. He's editing it.

The NanoFX effect is practically the closest you are going to get.

And aside from that, modifying NanoFX for this is so much easier than doing all the work again.

*shameless advertising*

Actually it's easier to modify the warp sequence from Galaxy Charts. It's pretty much the same thing from NanoFXv2, but scripted in a more "clean" way.
Besides, when GC's patch hits BCFiles, making your sequence to be a totally new travelling method will possible, and easy to do.

Just out of shear interest, how did you derive that number?

You ought to be able to read through the code and pick it up from there (mostly from example/existing plugins), I did at a quarter of my knowledge (give or take).
