Very good start.  :D

The nacelles seem a bit too long though.

Good interpretation.  Once there is enough reference, I'll give it a try. :D

Try the Kelvin.  It looks much more easier to model.

The probably with the Kelvin, we've seen even less of that ship than we have of the Enterprise.

By the way, this might help for setting proportions:

Much better. (Model wise.)
The nacelles need to be moved up to clear the saucer, as we know they now are. It would look great then.

Of course, if you want to try and get it accurate to the screenshot, I think that the secondary hull on your model need moving forward a bit. From the screenshot that was released, it looks as if the deflector is about level with the sensor array at the bottom of the saucer.

(Move the nacelles up though and I prefer your version.)

I tend to think of the nacelles as large jet-engines, that birds can get sucked up in.  The front section of the nacelle goes in, probably like a bowl, and the bussard collector fits inside it.  The torpedo bay should be much smaller too.  Also, try to keep the top saucer similar to what was shown in the teaser trailer.

the undercut on the secondary hull needs to be more prominent, checkout this article on EAS: http://www.ex-astris-scientia.org/articles/new_enterprise_comment.htm
