Yup.

Big edit: Things I'm going to somehow get sorted:

1. Smooth edges
2. Extend the front wing/poky bits so that there is a larger gap from the front of the wing/point bits and the nose.
3. Make nose podgier.

Hopefully, Mr. Limey will very kindly smooth all those rough edges out on the model. His cookie fest already beings...

Looks much better. Don't forget that the ramscoopes on the different ships are diferrent colours too.
e.g. Andromeda's is blue but the Crimson Sunrise had Green iirc.

That model does need an overhaul! I'm sure Limey will do it justice.

Which bits do you mean by ramscoops El? The orange circled areas or the pink circled areas?

Jeez, isn't limey wonderful? He nearly made me cry when I saw the Andromeda...:D You can see the smoothness and the extended wing bit things.

Just a couple more pictures for you to feast on. And all the ship models have been replaced with the new one.

Looks like you've got them covered (the pink circled bits), so not to worry.

Model looks better, but I'm sure the raised areas should be smoother where they meet the main hull.

You can see the smoothness and the extended wing bit things.

You mean the Slipstream runners?

Looks a ton better, though i agree with El; the areas where the extruded components meet the hull ought to blend in smoother.

Model looks good but its hard to appreciate the changes with all that jaggyness. Antialising is your friend. Don't be scared of it 8)

I can't wait to see your textures. Those 'lines' in the older textures, the ones that look like watermark damage on photos, really used to bug on the older model.

Any chance of seeing slipstream fighters (I think thats their name but I havn't watched much of Andromeda so correct me if I'm wrong, which I most likely am, lol)?
Can't wait for 2014 to start.

Slip Fighters, there used to be one on BC Files, but I can't seem to find it.

Yup, the Aeries is most definetly right. I'm still trying to figure out what I'm doing next and a friend of mine is nearly dead so I'm a bit lost at the mo...

And AA isn't my friend. It works for one day and "poof" it's gone again. I gave up reinstalling ATI and restarting my computer.

Urm, what?

Sorry to hear about your friend. Thats rough man.

On the AA, you're doing it wrong. You don't need to keep re-installing ATI (ATI blows chunks BTW) and restarting your computer. All you need to do is install the ATI card drivers, go into Catalyst Control Center and force all 3D applications to use the AA settings you define in Catalyst Control Center.

O...k. Card drivers...do you have MSN? It would be a lot easier.

I've just found out, the Twelve Centuries is actually an Eternal Vigilance class so the Twelve Centuries is becoming the Magellan Melrow now.

Edit: Don't worry Aeries, we'll stand and fight and attack him with sticks :D.

I know Jimmy may get on my tail for double posting, but this is important.

I am going to make a non-canon Glorious Heritage called "Vault of the Heavens" (also a name of an episode) in memory...
