Hmm, what's wrong with the 3ds files? I can open them with gmax, Blender, Milkshape, 3D Exploration and LithUnwrap.

Might just have been the textures showing up strange, i dunno :p
but yeah ill see if i can convert the tgas my self

That's probably because the programm I used to convert the models compressed the textures (and also removed the Alpha channel). Some programms don't like that. I've also included the original textures, just use those instead. For the Miranda you also have to rename them accordingly e.g. SaucerBot_glow.tga to SAB787~1.tga, Hull_glow.tga to HULL_G~2.tga,... .

bashed some of those old p81 models recently, mostly out of boredom

after i took that rendering i went and added torpt00bs so heres the update in a separet pic.


also decided to try my hand at actually modeling something, for change.
i have come to the conclusion that it is not for me :p
however this is being textured nevertheless...
