Those of you beta testing the Phase 2 Enterprise. I have been made aware of the missing polys on the nacelles.

A new nif will be sent out tonight after I have fixed it.

ohhh... my gods, Baz... blue bussards TAKE ME NOW!

I get the feeling Wiley's gonna start itching to redo his version now you've out-done it so thoroughly! Astonishing!

Maybe later.

What I really like with Baz's version of the Phase II Enterprise is his use of the TMP aztec, along with a good mapping job.

Out of curiosity, what's with the purple "Dominion" nacelles (plasma that is) ?

Overall the model looks really nice (including the blue bussards). The purple plasma looks a bit out of place thou.

IMHO, I think the purple needs to be a bit duller, maybe play around with it and see if it comes off good. I mean that pic hobbs posted seems pretty good on the purple, so it might be that the purple is just too bright, or I just don't like purple  :idk:

EDIT: looking at the pics posted a bit more, probably make the purple closer to the blue shade instead of the red, maybe try giving it an ultraviolet look like it's just barely visible, yet still look alight and purple. Again, while the final say is yours, I just think that the purple could be a bit better.

The purple throws me off because it's an analogous colour scheme with the blue deflector. I'd have kept the red/blue complimentary scheme as seen in almost all Fed ships, where the nacelle grille things and deflectors are usually some shade of blue, with red for the impulse engines and bussard collector doo-dads.
