Judging by the reference pic it's sort of crossover of federation bold and TOS hull font

well I knew is was federation something.

I have search high and low and as Bones said I can not find a better match to the canon pics. As good as Tobias's is it is not the studio model so unless he has access to ILM's design info who knows what the font is?

Please don't mis understand that I'm attacking Tobias because I wish I had 0.5th of his talents.

From what I can see the federation 'bold' is too round and federation 'hull' is to squaure.

In both instances the numbers 1 and 7 are very different so it is nither of the too federation fonts though hull is closer.

If any one has ILM Effects supervisor Roger Guyett email address I'll ask him what it should be.

What would the saucer font look like on the nacelle? Perhaps it could be beefed up a little?

The main reg is microgramma extended with some photo shop tricks to give it borders.

OK I will post pics with federation hull and bold and also microgramma on the nacelle and let the furr fly.

If the 7 can be matched due to its distinctive tail then we may finaly know what it should be.

i have federation bold...i have virtually every federation font /star trek font that there is LOL drop an email and give you everything ive got

Baz, just use the same font as the TMP Enterprise and you should be fine.

And the registry that Tobias used is off of both the QMx Model and the Blu-Ray Starship Simulator.

The font on TRs model is accurate. you could be cheeky and draw over the font on that image in photoshop, then apply it to your textures ;)

I wipped this up quick, its the nacella hull font. If you like it, i can make a better one, i would jest need the targe for refrence size. And if you choose to stick with what you have i say the first is the best.

not bad bank rupt but I want to keep it a font so creating new regs will be as easy as retyping them.

New problem.

I have re-installed BC, Foundation, KM1 and Mleo's menu mod.

All mutators are on, Specs work in game. I tried the jjrefit and everything works including warp warm up.

But the jjmk5 has spec but when I try to warp it crashes to desk top! If I try the same ship with specs off the ship warps without problems.

As a side note since I re-installed when I warp I have no transition time between planetry systems?

I think we went over this in an other topic some where, but i was told with KM 1 your not supost to but Foundation in as Km has it already. Not sure if that helps. And thanks for liking my quick wip up. ;)

ok fixed the warp distance problem, did not have wap fx on.

As for the jjprise crashing it will wait till tomorrow.

Too late to throw in my vote now, but I agree with everyone that 1 was the best font. Can't wait to use that ship!
