The texture is reused from the connie. I have check my ref and they are not present on the Reliant so the next go around they will vanish.

The are EVA hatchs seen used in TMP.
I would leave one in front and one per each side of saucer, afterall those EVA hatches are still the only way out from the ship on a dorsal part of the saucer, would left few just incase of emergency landing :P

I've just found a better reference pic which does show them but they don't seem as prominant. I does confirm what I noticed about them being out of line though, I circled the front one in the pic which is slightly covering the deflector line, in the reference pic it is forward of the grid and doesn't cross it. The others have similar issues as if they are too far forward on the saucer and should be moved back slightly in my opinion. The forward phaser emitter should also be on the other side of the deflector line, same side as the name which should be a slightly larger font and touch the grid lines at the start and end of the name. I also believe that the saucer mapping might be off, the grid lines at the front are a distance from the saucer edge and get closer to the saucer edge as you move around the saucer. I'm not sure how to discribe it better.
The reference pic also shows a couple of things I hadn't noticed as well, a couple of raised squared on the saucer. I circled them as will in the pic so you can compare them in the reference pic. The reference pic just so happens to be at almost the same angle to your reference. Last thing is that the platform where the long range sensors touch the saucer should be flush with the saucer surface , not raised. I can elaborate more if you want but you should be able to see what I mean if you compare the render with the reference. There are other differences as well but it might be too late to change them.
The pic I was looking at is here http://www.st-bilder.de/gallery/modelle/sternenflotte/miranda/miranda-66489.html
I know I'm being critical with the details but I want to help make it almost perfect.

Here is the same image genty posted but larger, (found on ex-astris).  If you look closely you can see the hatches are indeed there, they're just more subdued as they lack the red outline around them.

Ok I have straightened up the airlocks and toned them down. I'm sticking to the connie locations. adjusted the phaser bank

Also added TNG glows to the Saratoga

Only thing i'd suggest changing, is trimming the red lines on the dorsal/ventral saucer so that they don't go right upto the registry. Adding a little spacing to both ends of the red lines would be better. Just a minor nitpick.

Both the Reliant and Saratoga looks great thou.

Those cannons kind of look a little too low poly with the rest of the ship.  They sort of look like an after thought.  Here's a link and a pic that shows them in a bit more detail...

Maybe this could help?  The pics aren't super detailed but maybe they can help.

Stardrive section looks vastly undersized, with almost no room for more than the deflector assembly :P

Quite like that look myself, deflector array further back works for the Aventine, speaking of Voyager..I would think some MVAM nacelles would go nicely on that(along with impulse engines in the nacelle struts), actually ...lol, would think it would be a good counterpart for the Aventine in the same texture scheme.

Though after looking at it some more...wonder if a shuttle bay could do with being further up the back towards the saucer section(sort of how the impulse engines are on DJ's Eclipse class) and more of sloping back end on top of the aft section

Sweetness.  Intrepid/Sovereign Hybrid.  Maybe a little Prometheus too.  This is going to be pretty neat.

I'm guessing this is either, what you think Voyager should of looked like, or a Voyager Sub-Class, which will likely be Slipstream capable. Nice Work So far.
