You got the same nifs as everyone else. It was a mapping error. I placed them all over the top of the top front phaser bank.

Of course the reg spot light is there thus the rest glowed as well.

I take it the new NIF's need renaming before you copy them over? as all the others for the pack have SFRD_ in front of the file name

Definitely cookied! Careful with the smoothing on the triangular areas on the top of the saucer, and aft of the saucer's shuttlebay. It looks like you still need to add the ribbing to the underside of the saucer.

Excellent work!  :yay:

Hmm, decisions, decisions...

Which one to choose these days? First Contact Sovereign, Nemesis Sovereign, Post-Nemesis Sovereign. I suppose one can't have too few Sovereign's :)

I simply chalk that down, to the Constitution being 30 years older than the Sovereign :P

We have indeed way too much ships of the well known classes... connie, galaxy, sovs etc.

Ships that i would love that baz or wiley would do:

Saber, steamrunner, nebula, b'rel, vorcha, neghvar, hideki, keldon, etc..

Although I love LCs "Wolf 359 pack", I'd say it's about time for some new models/textures for those as well :)

And add the missing Springfield Class to the mix.

this is true...
and yet still no one has done a DS9 Nebula Class (Bonaventure) which is an easy kitbash of all Galaxy Class ship parts (saucer, stardrive, nacelles, etc) glued together lol

yeah an awesome New Orleans ship is a bit overdue, IMO...

Captain Russel did ;) I even remember the discussion about his Nebulas being simple kitbashes due to Galaxy class stardrive and saucer (impulse engines are different) he did those in pack (Nebula with torpedo pod and AWACS pod, medical nebula, nebula with extra windows aka 'bonaventure' and I think there was even melbourne variant and a variant without any pod ;) )

oh no ... what an ass I am  it IS kitbash tho it doesn't have extra windows on it :P so I'm wrong :D

The nebula class is actually a mystery to me, and the reason there is a difference between the bonaventure and like the uss sutherland is simple= model vs cgi..

the nebula class model has a galaxy model saucer looking but with lights in her in the mid section of the inner hull. The stardrive looks like the galaxy drive but is shorter and the deflector is more curved. Warpengines are the same looking and probably the same i guess.

Bonaventure cgi, is just the galaxy class stuff pasted together.

What the model and cgi version have similar together is = no impulse engines or they are hidden somewhere..

added the ribbing under the saucer and fixed some smoothing issues.
