Geebus! The wing fold grids really don't need that much segments...and by what i see there, the whole aft of the ship could loose polies without loss on detail and smoothness.

*snicker* you're a little late, Adonis...it's already textured, and, from the sound of things, out for hardpointing!

Agreed the textures are on hold tonight. I've knocked over 5K off of the mesh this evening.

i dont recall if you mentioned this, but will you be including FTech for the wings (as far as they raising and lowering?)

also, any plans on a KVort class?  or is a KVort class just a BOP with raised wings? lol

Any hope that we can use this to replace the stock BoPs in BC?
if it isxnt released as such, it is very easy to change things on your own to replace any stock ship...
i can explain to ya how to go about doing that when the time comes of it being released...

Yes to the Ftech, I have already tried a demo run a week ago and it kind of works.

Anyway the BoP is done.

awesome!  that has never been done for a BOP before!
how do you mean "kind of works"?  is there something not working as it should?

I've used the romie ship from KM as a template. The wings move down (but to far) then they slide back a little. the cuts back to the proper wings down nif. I did not really get to deep into it but it is the slide back at the end I could not get rid of!

As far as I can remember, it works in a way that you set up the angles and "tell" the game which whole model nif to use when it finishes the "animation" for each event. The Rommie BoP is my own model Defiant used as a testbed for that script.

Yessss

The VashKoihr (Or whatever it is called) also does the sliding thing (at least sometimes).
I once had a selfmade fighter model which also had the same problem even though the angles in the Plugin looked good.

Maybe Limey or JB know how to avoid it. At least I haven't seen that problem with the CGI Voyager warp animation.

Yeah I've told baz what needs to be changed and have told him if he gets stuck send it over to me to work it out :)

Looks great baz, the only thing I'd do is dirty up the textures slightly as they're not known for their cleanliness ;)

I've already added grim and rust. The renders don't really show it off.
