Stargate Ship Pack Problems

I'm having problems with the Stargate ship pack, whenever I start a quickplay to use the Stargate ships, there are 2 large yellow boxes around the Daedalus.
Is there anyway to fix this, do I need to reinstall or anything?

I just installed the stargate ship packs, and NanoFX 2.0, and now I can't start a new game. BC always crashes.
Any ideas?

Uninstall all of it, install everything except the SG pack, make sure it works, then install the SG Pack.

I suppose...I ahve a feeling that the non-desctructive method would require a lot of jiggling around. It's possible the SG pack has edited nfx scripts which are required to make the ships work.
