you modded the SP campaign and one of the ships the "nightingale" you replaced... however keeps coming back as the stock ship in SP??

did I get that right??
Canon is what people argue exists on ships that don't exist.

you got it on the nose i replace the nebula with say a miranda and everything is how i changed it and then the come to meet the nightingale in the geble system and it shows the nebula. you may know a different way of changing the stock ships, i do it in the hardpoint folder as well as the icon

The "hero" ships are standalone ships, meaning just changing the nebula ship file won't change the hero ship version of it.

actually, it might be Peregrine.py.  I just looked and I don't see a Nightingale, Peregrine is the only other stock file that uses the nebula model
