There should be a blank texture included in the download. And also modders don't take requests cos they usually are busy with their own projects or reality and I know personally that rengers is busy with his real life.

Pull the texture file up in an image editor (GIMP, Photoshop, MSPaint, what have you.)  Choose the font of your choice, type out the name and registry.  Save the texture file (either under a unique name or just as the blank).  Easy breazy.

But make sure you preserve the alpha channel (shows up black in Photoshop and grey chequers in GIMP) otherwise the entire texture will glow like a sparkler ingame.

i am fairly certain there are threads around here that explain step by step how to do that...
as far as personal requests, they should be made via PMs rather than in public threads...  since this thread is starting to veer offtopic, it is best to leave please leave this thread as it is from here...
if you cannot figure out how to make your own registries please make a new thread in BC Modding forum, but again im fairly sure there is at least one thread that explains it - check the Tutorials forum also...
in the meantime, please let this thread be as it is - id prefer not to lock it down; but please look around for info on your end about making your own registries...
