the bullet hit US instead.  fortunately, it's not to deep. but this snow is...weird.  it's "squeaky".

inevitably, i got stuck this morning. I blame it more on the damn sports car tires that someone put on this van when THEY bought it.

I think perhaps the squeakier it is, the smaller the ice crystals are. As your foot grinds them together, the crystals make more vibrations per square inch if they're smaller, so the sound emitted is of a higher frequency.

Another six hours of dropping snow from rooftops + 1 hour of digging my land yacht ( 740 Volvo Sedan) from a pile of snow so I can remove battery later for recharging/replacing.. Might feel bit tired soon  :P

Sucks for me now, as I actually have things to worry about other than sitting on my ass all day.

Funny thing is, I had been sitting in Connecticut over the weekend, and we got about 5-6 inches of snow. Over in the South Shore they got 2-3 inches. In my neighborhood, just a flurry, lol.

Storm came in around midnight. You can't see a damn thing out my windows at the moment. Total blanketed whiteness. Looking at maybe a good foot, foot-and-a-half.

Me and my big mouth.

yep same here...   total whiteout right now here, horizontal snow, looks to be easily about a foot of snow here...  there are a few steps from the front door of to the sidewalk, i cant even see them...
still about 6 hours of heavy accumulating snow before it winds down...  it's that heavy wet snow that makes shoveling so much fun, cant wait for that later! lol
absolutely no one out, streets vacant (i live in downtown providence), it almost looks pretty and serene seeing the city blanketed and empty lol

January 18, 2007 - a violent windstorm struck northern Europe, disrupting air and rail transportation; wind gusts to 99 mph were reported in England...

oh come on now...  another one???

yet *another* storm is likely going to be ripping up the east coast on friday, and there could be heavy snow and high winds from northern New Jersey to New England (including New York, Hartford, Providence, and Boston)...

again :(

tho there is a chance it may stay off the coast and mostly out to sea - and i really hope that's the case because i just cant fracking deal anymore lol
