Meh, I would have thought the people in Michigan wouldn't care...just get out some cleets and go with the flow...

I'm probably the only person in New England who went "WTF?" when it started snowing on the 21st. Yeah, happy spring everybody...

The only snow I can see from my bedroom window looking up the street are the frozen puddle of all that's left of the pile in front of our house, and the stubbornly-clinging pile (now down to about a foot or two) around the telephone pole on the other side of the four-plex next door. Funny thing is, we got a light dusting of it yesterday, heh.

It'll be nice to go out again, so many places to see, so much to do...

March 31, 1998, unusual warmth prevailed across the Northeast... Boston, Massachusetts and Windsor Locks, Connecticut set new records for March, each hitting 89?F...

meanwhile 13 years later it is snowing heavily outside right now lol
fortunately the ground is a bit warmer this time of year than some weeks ago, so it is mostly melting as soon as it hits the pavement, and will change to rain in a few hours; so if anything does accumulate, it will wash away by the morning...

Yeah, they told us we were due for a nor'easter....where the hell was the nor'easter? Other than a slight rustle of wind and a bit of rain, we got squat.

April 10, 1996 - a strong coastal storm produced heavy snowfall in New England... the added snow made the winter of 1995-96 the snowiest on record for much of the region...
