The hottest time of day is late afternoon, not noon.  It takes time to heat things up, so as long as the sun is in the sky it heats and continues heating.  Once it is low enough in the horizon, the strength of its rays is dissipated by the amount of atmosphere they have to pass through, and that's when the actual cooling begins.

its gonna be hotter than they thought yesterday...  New York City, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Hartford, Providence - all expected to hit 100f today...
with the high humidity and high dew points, heat indexes will be around 105 - 110f...
i have a feeling i wont be leaving my apartment, and my a/c will be cranked continuously lol

fortunately, it should get a little cooler over the next few days, after today and finally get back to normal around here by the weekend...

^ Snow?! Poor man...
Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
 Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

its been raining STEADY for the last 96 hours because of Debby just sitting in the gulf. we have MASSIVE reports of flooding EVERYWHERE... this is REALLY bad news for the area as this isnt even a full blown hurricane!!

this isnt a pic of a flooded river, this is BAYSHORE BLVD, one of THE busiest streets in tampa because it directly leads in and out of Davis Islands (where tampa general hospital is... on a bloody island :/ IDIOT city planners)

the interesting fact is, that this road hasnt been THIS flooded since 2004. the above pic was taken just 4 hours ago
(this is the street of the infamous picture thats circulating facebook right now:

THIS is the street)

like i said, this isnt a friggin hurricane, its a damn tropical storm causing all this!

hurricane seasons gonna be a b*tch this year!
I came, i saw, i added a Sig.
Later gents, i have Youtube to take over.
