Mission Creation Program for BC?

Has anyone bothered to create one? I think it would be cool to have a program to easily create scenarios in BC then actually play them in QB or even MP. Am I mistaken or has noone created one?

If they have, please point me to the correct download page :P

Thanks ill learn how to use it! Can this be used in multiplayer? And will this create actual missions such as a rescue mission to a distress call or something? That would be cool..

not in multiplayer, but there are alot of missions out there for it
