In that case, you may want to revise the escape hatches on your texture, and the windows need to be spot on.

Nice work

HI there all, right due to the size of the JJ venture the escape pod design for the ship are big very big, see picture the escape pods are about 4 decks high, the pods can land on planets and be use as long term living units while waiting for rescue. the docking ports can conect to each other.

It doesn't look very friendly to planetary reentry.  Could it be more streamlined on the top?

With inertia dampeners, antigrav generators, deflector/shields, and thrusters it should be fine, looks like the top could be hiding a heat shield and maybe some emergency parchutes and it should be all good

I would suggest using Oberth nacelles instead, they would be a better fit for such a compact vessel

What he said. ;)
"To live on as we have is to leave behind joy, and love, and companionship, because we know it to be transitory, of the moment. We know it will turn to ash. Only those whose lives are brief can imagine that love is eternal. You should embrace that remarkable illusion. It may be the greatest gift your race has ever received."

Escape pods aren't streamlined.

Not a big fan of the Daedalus style but this looks pretty good.
