Had to rebuild the whole aft section.

When I looked at ESB for texture ref I discovered the plans I had used were seriously wrong.

Great work! So the SD's bridge in ESB had a big wide curved corridor at the back?

how do you intend to tackle the viewscreen?

Lurok did some very clever things with his view screens for the shuttle bridges. Will this be the biggest bridge ever for Bc so far? Brillant work by the way.

Very old movie trick you can shoot a curved set and make it look longer or different from different angles.

The street on the back lot of universal used in Desperate Housewives is built to the same principle as were most trek corridor sets.

a few questions...
what are you going to do about the multiple "windows" as BC only allows for one viewscreen?
what about the fact that a BC bridge can only hold a certain number of crew on it at one time (making this bridge feel "empty")?
also, can BC even run a bridge of this physical size?

I stuck the model in game as is and other than a few lighting issues and the fact I have built it back to front the viewscreen seems fine.

I have decided to put a static starfield in the side windows as they are mirrored the main view.

Great work!

I like that George Lucas stuck a transporter pad near the command centre :) Sensible precaution, in case of emergency :P

that's not a transporter pad.  that's a Holo-comm.  the only transporters are in the star trek universe...everyone else uses shuttles

Would have been useful when that A-wing smashed into the bridge. Nice bridge baz, can't wait to play with it!

That was a joke, mate. But if we're going split hairs, the Stargate universe uses transporters too (and in Doctor Who, some aliens use something similar, too) :p

Keep up the great work, Baz ;)

I don't joke.  a lot of people when I was growing up had NO sense of humor.  that's probably why I can detect British Puns...the first real humor i was exposed to.

I had to think about it to remember the Stargate one (and the stargates themselves don't count), as every time i tried to watch something scifi, i got yarped at to change the channel so something else.
