Are you using Max?  If so, post the mesh, and I'll see what I can do with it.  If I can come up with a good solution, I'll post the process, but not the mesh so that you can do it yourself.

thanks locke, i have one more idea to try, i've been drawing some bits down on paper to give me an idea and then i'll add the detail around that, being dumb over here i was just trying to place the cylinders where it looked like they should go, but this pic i was using as reference was lets say flawed, i have noticed that its 6 large and 6 small ports each being 60 degrees difference and on the half way mark 30 degrees have a short one, so im going to build that tomorrow, the only problem will be getting the curves right, but alas i'll see what i can do :D

thanks again guys

but but but... Where's the Daed...

Dades were retired in 2195.  they were lost as often as Connies.  besides, I'm betting the station itself dates from the 40-s like the connies.

But in the book series the SCE had an old Daed assigned to them and it was detached to the station.  If that's the case then I'm sure the SCE had a couple of other Daeds as well.

I'd say use the remastered K7 as a reference point mate.
