I really like what you did with the warp engines, especially the front bussard design.

Thanks boys. :)

Pretty much done with her now. Just gotta fix a few screw-ups max caused when it suddenly crashed on me a few minutes ago, but beyond those minor issues, she's done and ready for mapping. :)

Stay tuned for Obstitution variants, such as the Constivelvin and Reliaberth. :P

Thanks, MarkyD!  :) Long time no chat, btw.

Another update; probably the last one I do until my next day off. I went and speed-bashed the model to create the "Reliaberthelvin" version of the ship. Honestly, I almost prefer this over the original. Lol. Just thought I'd include this one for those who simply can't live without their third nacelle. :)

Edit: Just fyi, both ships are already in the process of being mapped by Limey before I take over again for the texturing process. Though, I will need someone willing to script these two, and I'd also like a small collection of names to choose from. There's already going to be the following:

-USS Grissom (the oberth, obvs.)
-USS Kelvin (A) (Mr. Tri-nacelle, obvs.)

I want two more names for both, so a total of four names. My next day off work is thursday, so I'll decide which I like best at that point.

Cheers!

Looks pretty awesome, though I think you should move the third nacelle back so that it doesn't obscure the sensor dome so much.

This really is a superb model
Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
 Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

Startrek 9? that's insurrection. I can do tng and tmp phaser styles easy, JJverse phasers were a cross between tmp and pulse weapons, I suppose either beam or pulses could be utilized for the effect. I've cleared 500+ ships I am sure I can figure something out, and ofcourse I've got a library of premade fx from all the masters to toy with as well.

I think you're behind the times...Trek '09 means Trek 2009....:P *runs*

you generaly refer to trek movies by number of movie, not year. ( is insurrection. JJverse is 11. Or STXI.)

well I refer to the year when I say " '09". fair enough, tho. anyway, goal is to have these as JJ-Verse ships. Additionally, I intend to build a JJ-TMP Akayazi, Constitution, and Excelsior. Still feeling up to the task?

Also, 500? that's a LOT.

once one is done it can be used as a template for the rest. Makes it easy.

While I personally think the one with two secondary hulls is a little too busy, I still like it regardless, and I can't wait to see your interpretation of a JJ-TMP Constitution and Excelsior.
