BSOD on stock STBC

So I have windows 7 and I've tried everything to get the game started.  I didn't install it into the programs files like some have suggested in other threads, I installed it into a games folder.  I've even tried deleting the options.cfg and still nothing.  This is what I get.

Okay after installing foundation I get this now:




Also the single-player will start but into a blackscreen, music is still playing and this is it:

Yeah, I checked that out awhile ago and it didn't work.  So I guess I just have a bad download or maybe I'm just not doing something right.

since your version of BC is downloaded and not from the disc, im sorry but we cannot help you here...
BCC cannot support illegal methods to playing the game...  chances are, youll always have problems with downloaded copies of the game so good luck!
