Automatic console pop-up in Windowed Mod

I get this ALL the time.  I get it when I exit the game or abort a mission or hit, for a recent example, Bones's Turian frigate.  I don't need the console to pop up, how can I disable that?

don't play in windowed mode.

Those are game errors, thats why window mode is perfect for beta testing.
