This is a compilation of Eloi's ships release on BC Central. Since the closing of BCFiles these ships were lost to the public. The ships have now been repacked for publication. Since this came from my private install, there is a slight modification in the hardpoint weapons SFX showing as "blackelmfederation_phaser_b".
You will need -

* Elminster's Common Weapons v.3
