Title: Miranda Class - Are these phasers?

So Memory-Alpha says there are two phaser on the underside of the Miranda's impulse drive, but I'm not entirely sure

Thoughts? They match the colours of the phasers on the saucer.

that's what they look like to me, but without a better shot it's hard to be sure.

Yeah, it is really hard to find ventral shots of the original studio model

A lot of fan recreations and even the DS9 CG model do not have anything there. Not even what you can see in the WoK screen cap in the album.

Yeah, you're not going to see much of it in screencaps because of where the MoCo mount attached to the underside.  The DS9 CGI had some creative licensing done to it, probably to cover up for the poor quality of lightwave models of the time, so I'm not surprised that it's missing there.  EAS does have a factfiles drawing that shows them though.
