Okay, I downloaded the KM mod and the patch and installed them, they were playing great, the in system warp worked, the emergency repair, the distress signal and all that worked. Well a couple of hours ago I downloaded a few ships and suddenly they quit working, it's the basic with some of the MVAM Options and some of the low end foundation options. I was wondering if there's a way to fix it or should I reinstall it with KM and reinstall my ships?

I'm not entirely sure what the problem is.
Does it look like BC sort of went back to factory standards?
Then you need to reactivate the mutators (look under Options).
Does the menu not load entire, try to get a console report (see the Black Screen sticky) after you have started QB.
But from what you have posted, I think the most likely cause is the first one I mentioned.
Otherwise you need to be more specific about the problem.

well, first of all, it probably has nothing to do with KM, most likely it is a random error caused by one of the new ships, which could easily be fixed with a console report, secondly I suggest you download the latest version of KM, which contains far more ships and other mods

He hasn't installed KM yet.
And let's try saving some BC install. ;)
There have been enough reinstalls lately. :(

KM was installed but it was working perfectly before I installed ships and stuff. It still says Mutators is on and all the plugins are turned on there. It's weird, it's like 1/2 and 1/2 factory/custom settings.

I got it fixed, there was that .py file in Carriers it told me to put there, that was screwing it up. Now I have a question. I was playing a quick battle and the Lakota was shooting square photon torpedeos, what would cause that? Thanks.

What did you do to fix the carrier file?
A missing texture or you installed something called "Dukats Torpedo" (or something similar).

I removed the Carrier file and the ship still works, just can't launch a shuttle from it. I think there was a scripting error someplace in it. Now if I can figure out this torpedo error, the Galaxy Class uses the Same Torpedos so it's annoying.

Oh also, can you do me a favor and send me your torpedo textures that work on the Galaxy Class and Lakota Class? Thanks

If you can attach the carrier script, then I can fix it, since the console report you posted contained the location of the error.
As for your second question, like I said in your PM (remember, this is a forum, not a chat session), I don't know what torpedo it is in question, I only said that in the past, a similar problem occured and it was with a torpedo called something like Dukats Torpedo.
