Title: Is Nifskope what I would use?

I am experimenting with wanting to add ebridge consoles to dbridge, is Nifskope what I would use?

No.  Nifskope is only for nif file scripting.  What you want is a 3d modeling program to physically put the Enterprise-E consoles in the Ent-D bridge.
