Ya it's because Sobieski as well as the rest of PDW line belongs to STO era ship pack but I thought that I might release it to public separately ;)

I have to admit that I fell in love with Sobieski (connie Refit IV).. so agile, plenty of punch, quick too. My only gripe about Krakow is that she has the standard engineering hull and not that lovely widebodied one.

:) I'm glad you like it, you're gonna love Cortez ;) well I don't like Ent-B/Lakota hull style TBH, it looks like a cheap widebody kit slapped onto import tuner car :P

Which is essentially what it is on the Enterprise B. :P

Oi! Don't diss the B! :bitch: besides, widebody made Excelsior look less like a whale..

Yea I always prefered the wide body. It seems to "complete" the look of the ship cause I always felt something was lacking on the excellsior

As my teachers always say, less is more. The side parts to the Ent B looked good, but I fail to see their purpose in canon terms (I know that they were added so the production team did not have to damage the original Excelsior model). They're just...bits.

Annnnyway, back ontopic. :P

TypeXIII_burst_b appears to be a corrupted sound file.

Also, Advcd_Quantum.wav and ARquantum.wav doesn't seem to work ingame, even though they are defined in the Sobieski sound pack and work outside of the game.  :idk:

TypeXIII_burst_b is just a blank file to fill the gap in sound sequence, dunno why it was needed but JLS Sov also has to have such blank sound (no loop sound is needed while phaser fire is covered by fire sound) so it is meant to be mute.

Advcd_Quantum and ARquantum are used in game, the first one is used by that prototype torpedo (24 of them) and the latter is used by standard quantum that ship is fitted with.

the only sound that is not used ingame (due to too high quality, stereo with unsupported bitrate) is Prototype_torpedo.wav, I put it there just in case someone will need higher quality sound of it ;)

But both the quantum sound effects are not working. I thought I made that clear in my previous post.

I love these ships but something went wrong when I installed them, Half the features available in KM (like order, transport, and emergency repair) just disapeared from the menu's and the mutators section, is there a reason for this? :help:

Go to scripts/custom/carriers and delete Sobieski.py. That should be the quick fix to getting SLF back although it will stop the Sobieski from launching shuttles. Those KM features should return.

Thanks, That worked, besides, I don't really use shuttle launching that much.  :)

I really think you did a good job on these ships. I like these vessels because they majorily upgrade a old design. Maybe you could do up an NX-Class like how youve done these, It would look really good with these naceles :D
