Right. I shall begin  :bitch:

Finished my rebuild about a week ago now. Just stripped the pc down and re built it into a new case (the same lian li thing with the back to front psu that sen has).
So far so good. Then you may remember I had a disaster when it came to the HDD. Again, I fixed that and life went on.

Yesterday I did a driver and mobo bios update. Now windows is bitching about needing a new activation key as apparently I have supposedly changed all my hardware.  Go figure.

Anyone had something similar happen to them? and would you kind individuals care to help me out please??

I'm also having very odd ping spikes with my wifi card. It's a cisco wmp600n pci card. seems to be a very common issue but noone seems to have any clue how to fix it.
Again, any thoughts? -Fixed yay me.  aaand it's back again.. :facepalm:

just call the number it gives you and they will send you a new code... the PC was already confirmed as legit.. had to do it a few times... (call is free btw just sends you to an automated message)

damn right. Although I do intend to get a roof exhaust put in!
It was an absolute b*stard to build though. I'm not looking forward to getting and fitting the new cpu cooler next month!!

Meh, I run overcloaked 24/7 and both game & render and its fine. Slighty warm & cuddly maybe but fine.

I do have a mild 250mhz overclock and she is slightly warm but not massively so.
It's just the noise of the damn reference cooler!!
