Title: AMD Overdrive issue
Post by: Vladko1 on August 11, 2010, 02:51:03 PM
I tried this program (I even used it on windows vista), because all of the time, my programs are using about 2.8GB of the RAM, but now, these guys made the program so f*ckin and stupid, that I can't find where to stop it. I can only swich through profiles, but I can't shut it down, and still are services that I can't turn on again :banghead: These guys from AMD are making me everyday, to crash my head, why I spent soo much money over AMD configuration  Now think, why I didn't buy intel configuration, not important how much expensive would be. And this unsupported Phenom 940, after most of the restarts the PC dies for 20 minutes :( When I even terminate the process, still some services aren't available

Can't you simply uninstall the AMD Overdrive program?

What about booting into safe mode and then trying to uninstall it?

Ill try to terminate the process, and to delete the .exe file, and after that, Ill reboot, it may work.
