Title: questions about enwer max and ship conversions

I thought I heard some of the newer(est) versiouls could convert/save in older versions allowing ships to be exported in 3.1 nif formatt from a later max. Is this true at all?

you need the nifscope addon so yes.

Does it make the process any different, or affect the way ships scale out?
