Title: MVAM script question - opening bays to launch missles?

So, i saw this topic and decided to ask something that should be tough, sometime ago i was doing a ship wasn't cannon, i was taking pieces of ships (it was horrible but i was pride of it :dance) and i wanted to put something very nice and here comes the question can the MVAM script open bays? Like in First Contact but the missile launch bay opens to the sides i was looking for those which rotate the doors 180?, is it possible?

My understanding is that this isn't something MVAM is capable of, although FTech should be able to open doors like that.  While MVAM can't do animated doors, it can swap to a model with open doors and launch missiles/fighters.  There are a couple examples of ships that can already do this.

Something like that is on my wishlist as well. Problem is I do not think it is worth the effort. While you can see a ship separating or moving its wings miles away you have to get very close to see a weapon launcher rotating.

Ohh, so it's like the Construction ship on the KM mod? But what do I need to do to have Ftech doing this?

Opening the bays is more like the VasKholhr from KM with its moving wings.

To start you need multiple models in BC. One with closed bays, one with open and the moving part of the bays.

If this helps with ideas, this is one of test nifs made for poss TMPSpacedock.  Setup all works ingame (sort of); the main issue I've had is figuring out how to trigger door open by approaching craft.  But if you're doing something similar on actual ship, should all work ok when you go to red alert (and back)

Thats also on my wishlist and yes it can be done.

In this case we would need the station and the doors and separate Models (ships) in BC.

Ohhh, iknow i ha ve already played with this ship it is like the spacedock but it opens like thos double restaurant doors but i have understanded what i need to do but what do i need to make such thing?
