Title: Excelsior alert
Post by: B5 on November 16, 2011, 07:44:15 PM
Hello. Sorry if I come out as a bit rude, but I'm quite depressed currently. Could someone find the alert siren used on the USS Excelsior in ST6:TUC, you know, when she's hit by the Praxis shockwave. cheers

I'm not sure if there is one, I think no one ripped it from movie yet, point me to the right software I would need to use and I could rip it ;)

Audacity. It's free, easy to use, and you can remove most background noise from audio.

Effects, Noise Removal. You first select (highlight) an area which is the part you want to remove (Get noise profile). Then apply the sound removal to the entire sfx.
