Well here it is after what 4 years lol? With the help of soo many people limey, lint, cordanilus, tiq, wiley, sov, tally, I could list half the community, hopefully everyone is mentioned in the readme :)

Just a quick note since most people don't read the readme :P Some people may have problems accessing the transwarp hub, and there is no current fix... I don't know what is causing it, I can access it with most of the beta team, but some can't :lostit: And no doubt people will find bugs, but with the lack of people by the end of the project it is hard to handle something this large by myself, so enjoy it people :D

It can be installed on a custom install... It's only like installing new single ship mods or star system mods.... though it does have some tech to it, but should be fine ;)

was checking a bit 'cause I also have a stargate pack on the install it's going on. wish my slipstream was still working.
I had a peek at the ships and planets. lets hope the KM atmosphere effects don't screw with the pretty planets you guys put so much work into.

End of an era it may be, but it gives us plenty to look through. I do wish that there was a quicker way around though.

I had a peek at the ships and planets. lets hope the KM atmosphere effects don't screw with the pretty planets you guys put so much work into.
There will be no clash at all with the new atmospheres in the dqp ;)

Yeay thanks so much to all who have worked on this, downloading now. Kinda scared now though as i have nothing to lookn forward to now on the BC front. End of an ERA !!!

Nothing to look forward to? I believe that the Star Trek Invasion pack is certainly worth looking forward to.

okay, most definitely no foul-ups besides the usual ones in my install (it ALWAYS crashes when I have a lot of projectiles on screen...never fails). and I was pleasantly surprised to NOT find 2048 textures all around that I have to shrink *stupid old graphics card*

Or you could activate the mutator DQP systems and just select them in quick battle. :D

that's ANOTHER problem we have. Tiq and I both have such old graphics cards and systems that the more mutators you enable, the more they get shut off because of memory overload :P
besides, I had no problms with GC using the new systems.

Most likely this. I've tried before to fit a lot of systems in the normal BC warp window, and it only allows so many.

Well you need GC 2.0 to use the graviton catapult travel method and quantum singularity travel method to access the new fluidic space ;)

Yeah it's a bit of a on and off system for people really don't know why some pc's can handle it and others can't :S

By going through and removing the systems from the zip file. Personally, I think you're missing out if you don't get the systems too.

don't worry, i'll just rename them, so when (if) i get GC i can use them at a later time.

It will work, but if you install them anyways just dont activate the mutator for the systems so they shouldn't appear me thinks :readme:

We did get it working but the lag was immense so we scrapped it unfortunately :(

It's only going to be available on bcfiles and gamefront which are the same thing really. Why don't you download it on ur non bc computer an transfer via pendrive?

there's one problem with THAT idea, B5. the planets themselves are set up as ships, as are their atmospheres, so that Nano FX doesn't screw with all the effort those two put into them. it's also the only way to get Velocitron to show spinning. every planet also has a Glow and Specular set

Speaking of....how do you increase the range of, say, the Krenim Timeship's Incursion beam??? You can't target a planet with that.

from GC Readme:
To configure Galaxy Charts you?ll need to have the Unified Main Menu (UMM) mod installed, as listed in the ?Requirements? section. Then follow UMM?s instructions to enable the Galaxy Charts Config menu. UMM is used to allow configuring because it allows for a simple plugin script to be read and used to easily create a menu in the game?s Configure pane, thus allowing users to easily change whatever attributes of a mod the developer of the mod lets.
In it, you?ll find various things to configure about Galaxy Charts, as are mentioned below, and keep in mind that all changes are automatically saved after 1 second since the last change was made.
So, the values are:
-User Time Factor: It?s a small window which contains 1 text input box, and shows a few informative information about it. The user time factor does exactly that it says in that window. The time you type in it, in seconds, is the amount of time you would need to cross the entire galaxy at warp 9.99 , it can range from 1 sec (type simply ?1? or ?minimum?) to the real time needed in star trek (type the largest number you can, or simply type ?maximum?). Therefore, all time to travel (ETA) calculations take this into consideration, making all travels in general take more or less time. To type in a value in the text input box, left-click it until the ?blinking bar? appear in it, showing that you can type in, then you type, and remember to type a numerical value only, representing time in seconds, with the only exceptions being ?minimum? and ?maximum? as mentioned above, or the ?.? to define the decimals, like ?120.5?. The informative paragraph will automatically change to show how many years/days/hours/minutes/seconds that amount of seconds which you typed is. If there is something wrong in what you typed, for example, typin in characters instead of numerals, the mod will use the default value, 60 seconds, for this attribute.

The void ship is under Delta Quadrant Species and is the Night Ship.....prison ship is the reptillian ship I think

Void ship is the night ship and it looks like I haven't included the plugin for the prison ship but everything else should be there.
Plugin is below... put it in scripts/custom/ships ;)

Love the rotating planets :thumbsup: Although I think is great mod and all installed ok and works even without GC, I think the planets are the real coup. I've already adapted my Earth in TMP and TNG systems and so nice to have Terra & clouds that actually moves! One bug I've noticed: couple of planets (water and few others) but not Demon Planet seem to flicker. Has anyone else had this issue?
Feel bit guilty now that never finished that Delta Flyer interior :(

got a few minor issues that I mostly put down to the old age of my PC components.
I get a little bit of a "atmosphere FX" like flicker if moving with map mode or something. but most "flicker" i happen to know is due to the fact that these guys basically made their planets as bases so they could use Glow and spec maps (nice touch, guys!)

I do sometimes but quick switch to edit mode....highlight the planet and rotate it slightly and all is well again

I get an odd thing with Veloce, but that's about it, I think. As for your bridges, considering how much work it was for you to get the side windows figured out, I think you deserve however long a break you need before hopping back into those things. :P

it is from a long time ago, back in BCU days...
there was a member named Firedrake that ran a role playing game that was based from the show 24...
the gif was made to sort of bust his chops, sort of a little joke...

The link works for me.
Maybe you have to try several times, as there is at least one GameFront server that is unresponsive (or didn't receive file updates in WAY over a year)

Translation: File not found. Firefox can't find the file in (giant url).
It might be a country block, but I've tried a bunch of web proxies (like the one tglaja recommended) and every time the download stops at around 100/150 MB. This is getting ridiculous.

Yep, the file is gone from gamefront.
Howerver, I still have a copy on my external HDD -together with most requirements. If anyone knows a good free hoster (that does not delete files after a few days, like most do), I could try to upload it sometime next week.
