Title: Inaccurate phasers mod

Does anyone know where I can get an inaccurate phaser mod that INCLUDES the effect for AI controlled ships, not just the player?

Also, will this mod work in single player (aka not render the game unplayable aka BSOD)?

While I'm asking, how to we script BC torpedo spreads to fire 12 torpedoes per tube? I see the spread script but the numbers next to them don't make sense..

Foundation Techs (or ftech or something like that) should have the effect included. But I don't know where to get the latest version except with KM.
BCfiles seems to only have an old, buggy version, and i don't find the servers anymore where nearly all KM included scripts were hosted separately.

I think spreads can only fire 1 Torpedo per tube, so you would need 12 Tubes for such a spread.
These numbers:

refer to the Tubes weapon- groups, AFAIK.
