Hi all.

I got into 3d modelling a while ago, with the hope of, one day, being able to import my own ship into BC and take it into battle.
Sadly, i've run into problem after problem with everything from Nifskope to the scripting.

I've got a model that i'm extremely proud of, and i think other people will be happy to have it in their game.

is there anyone out there who can either advise on the best versions of nifskope to use, as well as helping with scripting, or would be able to take my model and run with it?

Pic of her is attached, and if you fancy, link to her going to warp is:

Best to ask over at discord: https://discord.com/invite/AhN8a3KeP9

There are still people who can assist you with importing and with hardpointing (that's the term we use when you generate weapon placements, balancing and such)

I prefer to use Nifskope 0.9.8, only because some functions are removed from the newer versions.

If you are using Blender, I don't know how it can be exported to the NIF format.

3DS Max, you can find the export plugin for that depending on which version of Max you have. I do hear that the plugin still works on newer versions of max but I can't say for certain.

For the hardpoints, I mainly use a basic one that I have and modify it and use the MPE to arrange and change the settings of the phasers and such.

Yes, more people on Discord that can help you there.
