Something I Threw Together (Pt. II)
« on: May 27, 2008, 11:29:31 PM »
I apologize in advance for this but I know how The Powers-That-Be absolutely hate it when their bbs users resurrect ancient threads. So I started my own, in response to the "Akira" work-in-progress bridge.

Original thread:

First, I love all the artists' work here at B.C.C.

Secondly, I'd keep most bridges on "tactical cruisers" the same as the illusiory "Delta Flyer" from the Voyager episode "Live Fast & Prosper". Small & utillitarian. I've always despised the Enterprise-E's / Enterprise-D's massive starbase/cavernous-sized main bridge & wished John Eaves & Jim Martin & others in the Trek gaming community would keep the main/battle bridges in a variety of tightly confined, meaningful Defiant-Class utility-closet sized configurations.

No yelling over exploding consoles and barking at various "redshirts" right before a Borg or Jem Hadar beams aboard, and hilarious situations ensue, leaving Ensign Ricky dead at the Captain's feet.
