3dsmax Question
« on: August 18, 2006, 06:15:18 AM »
I encountered a very strange error with MAX7, today. So here's what's happened: While setting up some viewport backgrounds for reference purposes, All of them matched up (I checked they were all to scale with each other, btw) except the side view. In this particular viewport, despite having all of those images scaled perfectly to each other, the image is displayed as way too short, thus, out of scale.

My questions now are: did any of you encounter the same problem and/or know any way of fixing this?

Thanks in advance.

The problem will be that the picture itself is rotated wrong on the plane you're using. Just rotate it by 90degs in right direction and flip the sizes (lenght should be width and vice-versa.
