Reverant class lakota and a patch

Reverant class Lakota from Mackie. Full updates to the evemore and abousaffy are on the way, as the upgrade patch was faulty (released on christmas or newyears) it has been deleted from bcfiles.  These were originally released in 2005 and should have all been released together, and thus have been given a reballance and stats tweaked a bit plus a couple bugs fixed. One Lakota remains, and is nearing completion.
