but we know who he is .. he is to blame for ruining ST Nemesis ... for showing up on Riker-Troi funeral at all !!!

I thought the director and Rick Berman's taking an axe to the film during editing were to blame for ruining Nemesis.

There were lots of faults with ST: Nemesis. Wil Wheaton's appearance is in the movie was relatively insignificant compared to other egrecious errors, such as the Sovereign Class Enterprise suddenly having 29+ decks, Picard wearing a non-com uniform (i.e non-officer), and being bald in the Academy picture (watch Tapestry for his academy appearance), and the complete lack of mention of any other Androids besides Data.

Just a few known errors, and a side-track to the topic at hand.
