@ Limey, thanks  :)

Update: bumps reduced, (thanks for the tip) registry reduced for cannon reasons.  ;) and hue of textures changed.

big images so you can see everything and pick up what needs to be fixed.

decks 1&2 not textured yet, so i have provided a top vew to show this.

QUESTION, saucer rim on all images is only one deck high... one row of windows? I think it would better suit 2 rows.. what do you guys think on this.

Thanks fellas

Gorgeous!

And I'd go for two rows of windows.
Would fit the size of the windows better. ^^

Cookie for you.

I would say two rows, i've just been looking at pictures of the Ambassador class and it has only one row at the top of the rim however the rim looks two decks high when you look at the size of the windows.

Only thing I currently can suggest is adjusting the registry, so it fits more symmetrically on the saucer. In the perspective view, you can see that the NCC part is outside the hull lines, whereas the 11919 fits nicely.

Also a different font choice for the registry would be good also.  Microgramma is good for the name, but the regular NCC registry should be more TNG-ish.

just type Star Trek Fonts into Google and you'll be able to download a font pack.

Perhaps, given the apparent design time period, this ship should have a registry similar to either "early TNG" or late TMP. The registry style seen on DS9/Voy should not be used as that is considered "late TNG".

I have attached pics of the shuttlecraft "type 7" in both it's early TNG and late TNG appearances.

I think an ambassador style registry would be better:

how does it come that I didn't notice this ????
THIS. IS. COOLNESS!!!  8)

alright, on the important matter:

if the rim is supposed to be one deck high, then I think the rest of the windows is out of scale. try lengthening them. the width is ok, I think....
if not, go for two rows of windows.

then, if that's the case, also the bridge would be too big. check that too.
outside that, it looks gorgeous!!! the cousin and long-lost relative of the nebula, sweet!

if the rim is only one deck high, then this ship would be darn miniscule...

Looking good. Now this is definitely a deep space science vessel worthy of the Federation. Not like that wimpy Oberth Class.
