Can someone help with this? GIMP and .tga
« on: July 15, 2008, 06:08:28 PM »
Every Time I open a .tga with GIMP, I get somthing along the lines of below; only part of the Targa is visible. I really would like to figure this one out, because I don't have the money for an image-editing program like photoshop. Thanks in advanced!

Turn off, but don't edit, the Alpha Channel (it's in the Channels tab, in the same window as Layers).
I still can't read peoples minds, nor can I read peoples computers, even worse, I can't combine the two to read what is going wrong with your BC install...

Could you post a link to the file you are trying to edit? Or upload the file?

It's the saucer texture from the Boneventure. But thats not the only file doing it; its all of BC's textures. Everything is ok in-game, but i want to create my own textures
